Hi
I purchased an expensive laptop (£999)16 months ago, and the keyboard has packed in.
Can I return the laptop back to the supplier ,explaining that the laptop should last a lot longer than 16 months before it breaks down, is it something to do with statuary rights??
Please help . it will cost around £100 for a new keyboard .
Thanks for your help...

If it is out of warranty will need to contact the supplier (or another means of repair) to get it fixed.0

Well ,
the sale of good act says that it must be durable and hard drives should have a good life anyway ,
Why don't you mention a few quotes of the sales of good act against the retailer , section 14 imperticular (LOOK HERE) , Though , there may be alot of difficulty
It says that a prduct has to be 'DURABLE' , maybe you can use this against the retailer as it should last longer than a year....
I hope you get it fixed
Kindest regards
