Changing Bank

Hi all,
I'm not very happy with my bank (HBOS).
I've been having hassle over a disputed credit card amount and I don't feel that my bank has backed me up.
Can anyone recommend a bank with half decent rates and good customer service, communication, ease of contact etc.

A&L for rates, customer service,ease of contact-banks are not designed for that0

Banks are objective (right word?). The customer satisfaction changes a lot from person to person. I love HSBC, others hate them. Some love A&L, most hate.0
