4 months later and sellers still in denial

i cant wait until i see the properties where our offers were rejected, the first because i later found out that the vendor seems to have this thing where she enjoys the status of having an 'expensive' house, so she didnt want it to go for what she saw as a 'low' price,,, the second where we put the offer in (very reasonable) and not only was it rejected but he put the price up and said if he couldnt sell it for that price, he will rent it out (its a probate property, he is the son)

they are both still on the market, i cant wait until they go down

Well a mixture of that and people wanting to get on with their lives (not wait any longer after a long Autumn/Winter of not buying).
