Can anyone tell me please if I am entitled to the CWP My husband had a stroke in October and my daughter in law applied for pension credits for me, and I was awarded the guaranteed credit last month (February) this was back dated to November 24th On checking the above link I notice that my area has had 2 CW payments between 1st November and 25th February but I have not received anything. Are these payments paid automatically, any replies appreciated Thank you

that's interesting, apparently we should have received 3 CWPs but we've only had 2. The latest date it said on there is 25th Feb, am wondering if we have a letter winging its way to us...

I'm not sure you'll get a letter every time you get a payment - I think it's just with the first ? So I suggest you just watch out for the third one to appear in your bank account over the next gew weeks and query it if it doesn't appear.

Hi, Could someone explain this to me..If your on IS due to illness, does that include you in the ESA umbrella as far as cwp are concerned. it seems to be, when it comes to things such as medicals and pathways to work. I expect to be moved to ESA when the DWP get thru the backlog.

Also, can you explain the "support" and "work" components in this statement from that link above. thanks for the link BTW.

or income-related Employment and Support Allowance with a support or work related activity component in the main phase.

    Thanks.
