You can help save Britain's bees! These precious creatures are at risk of dying out because of viruses, wet weather, parasites and lack of food. In the past year alone, we've lost a quarter of all bees in hives - that's 2 billion bees.

Bees are vital in helping produce food and flowers. Without them, our environment could change drastically.

So we're giving away 75,000 free Be Good to Bees packs of wildflower seeds. Plant them in a suitable container on a windowsill or in your garden, and they'll soon grow into very special place where bees can hang out.

Fill in the form below to get your free seeds, and then plant them to keep the bees happy!

In that case they will be squirrel-attracting seeds as well. Our neighbours' grandchildren planted some the other year, and the squirrels were ecstatic once they went to seed.

One bit a whole sunflower head off and carried it along our back wall in its teeth, obscuring its head, so that it looked like a critter with a sunflower for a head scurrying along the wall

    LOL!

I didn't get sunflowers, I got a pack of mixed coloured flowers (can't see that it says what they are though!)

I am going to give them to my cousin to take them to nursery as they have recently extended the garden there and have asked for donations to brighten it up a bit, thank you OP!
