1. The winner must be aged 16 years or over
2. The winner must have a valid passport
3. The flight prize is valid for travel until 31st October 2009
4. The holiday prize is valid for travel from 1st April until 31st October 09, excluding July & August 09.
5. The flight prize is a pair of return scheduled flights with Monarch from Manchester airport to Faro.
6. The holiday prize is a week’s holiday to Faro for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, up to the age of 16), and includes 4 x return scheduled flights from Manchester airport to Faro and 7 nights accommodation at the 4 diamond rated Clube Humbria Apartments in Olhos D’Agua on the Algarve, on an All Inclusive basis for 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 16) sharing a one bedroom apartment. 1 piece of hold baggage, up to 20kgs, is included for each person.
7. Transfers and travel insurance are NOT included in the prize.
8. The prize is subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period, such as school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
9. Airport taxes and the carriage of one piece of hold baggage per person are included in the prize
10. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment)
11. Spending money, transfers to and from airports, travel insurance and hotel charges beyond accommodation (such as meals and drinks other than those included in the all inclusive offering) are the responsibility of the winners.
12. The prize may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event
13. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner
14. No cash alternative is available

I would think 16 qualifies but I guess you couldn't be sure...
