I bank with the Co-op, and received a cheque for bank charges ( thanks to this site ), about 18 months ago. Since the issue hasn't been resolved they continue to charge for overdraft etc, recently £30 per item on two items they didn't honour as they said I was over my agreed overdraft limit. Exhorbitant !! Can I make another claim on the charges from when they issued the rebate to when ( hopefully ) the matter is resolved through the courts ?
