New Build Delays - What can I do ?

Not so. The contract requires the builder to complete the property in a reasonable time. If the delay is excessive, any solicitor worth his salt would be able to gain release from the contract. Housebuilding is not an exact science and I'm afraid buyers have to realise that external factors have a huge impact on completion dates.0
