Abbey Business web site problem- anyone else suffering?

Since Abbey upgraded their web site in December we have been unable to view our last transactions. I know there were problems for some people to start with regarding logging on but we did not have any problem logging on. But for the last 3 months we have not been able to view our last transactions. I have rung Abbey numerous times about this (today spend 1 1/2 hours on the phone) and have written and raised a complaint to Abbey about this and no resolution yet. I would be really interested to hear from anyone else with the same problem.

Yeah, a joke.
Have moved my account from Abbey to Lloyds TSB.
As all my payments come in as BACS i don't get charged and as i have a personal account with them i can pay CHQ's into my account and it clears from my Business Account straight away plus the Lloyds TSB website works nice and easy just like my personal one.end the tv tax0 -
By the way just as an update after another week and half - Abbey still not got this sorted. We have given up and are closing the account.0
