So is it best for me to restart my claims with my new address so all correspondence is received? I'm a little reluctant to give out my new address to the banks however as I there's at least a couple of banks who I owe money to, however the situation is that they put me in a position where I could no longer continue paying back money due to excessive charges. I just don't want threatening letters etc.
Please can somebody tell me what I should do in this situation.
Many Thanks

Hi, I've put a claim in for my bank charges but have since moved from my previous address and mail is no longer forwarding to me from that address.

The two banks you owe who don't yet have your current address will get it eventually. You just need to decide what is going to be of most value, hiding from those debts for a couple years, or reclaiming your bank charges and setting up a repayment plan to repay those debts, and claim back the charges on those too to help pay them.
I'd go the second option myself.LegalBeagles0 -
