Had a non paying bidder who used buy it now on the 3rd Feb., so filed a non paying bidder dispute.

Having not recieved a payment, I closed the dispute and got a FVF and the buyer got a strike. Went to leave them negative feedback and there was 2 other negatives and they were now `no longer registered with ebay`. So my strike must have been the 3rd !! Shame I didn`t get to leave a neg though "!

i have had to do two npb alerts over the las 2 weeks on the same item.

and i have now got a npb who brought 2 of my items so looks like he maybe heading the same way if he does not respond tonight!

he only has 1 feedback,and has been bidding on over stuff since my auction ended.
