Halifax seems to have a lot more volatile figures (tho trend seems to be v. similar). Do the two companies calculate monthly figures differently?

    Onwards and downwards...

-2% would have seemed so big last year. Our guesses used to be ambitious at -1.5--1.8%. It just seems an inevitable aside now.

Surely you cannot post the above without the source in a link? Nothing being reported in the media, bbc, or the halifax websites:confused:

So does everyone agree we will be falling about 2% a month for the next few years?

18% down in 18mths is on average 1% per month so no idea where you are getting 2% from:confused:

This thread is clearly a pi** take, with no factual evidence behind it? Strange why someone would waste their time like this without backing it up:confused:

Next few years at 2% month! If you interpret a few years as say 3 years that would equate to about a further fall of 52%, I don't think so
