First time flying/holiday abroad, few questions

Having booked our first holiday abroad, a week away in Barcelona for DH and myself in June using Flexibletrips I now have a few questions/worries, sorry if I sound a bit thick but its all new to me.
1 I have booked the flights, hotel and transfers with them, the transfer is termed 'public shuttle bus' and I'm thinking how will I know which vehicle I am looking for when we exit the airport ?
2 For the return transfer on the web site it says 'In most cases you must reconfirm your return transfer details 48 hours before departure using the telephone number provided' .......is this normal procedure??
3 On the Flexibletrips web site is says that Advance Passenger Information is required for all Easyjet flights to Spain....I haven't been asked for this by anybody, so should I submit this information myself or wait to be asked for it?
Any advice appreciated

Congrats on your first holiday abroad
1. Usually the company has the name on the shuttle bus but if you are really unsure and it doesn't say anywhere on your travel info where or exactly what bus to take then you should contact the company and ask them.
2. Sometimes yes, as they perhaps want to know how many people etc they will be transferring.
3. Yes, do it yourself. Better to be safe than sorry*If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button*
