1 General Terms and Conditions
1.1 No cash or any other alternative prize will be given, this prize is not transferable. If for unseen circumstances prizes are not available suitable substitutes will be provided at the discretion of the Service Provider.
1.2 Each participating business has provided a prize, or prizes. No other services or items are provided other than those detailed. The winners can accept the prizes as they are, or may opt to make an additional financial contribution in order to upgrade. However no refund can be given if the item/service chosen is less than the original prize value.
1.3 Entries will not be accepted from people who currently have a wedding booking with Devere Venues Barony Castle.
1.3 Entries will only be accepted from the couple themselves and not from any other family member or friend.
1.5 At the end of the qualifying period, some entrants will be selected to take part in the final of "Win Your Wedding" which will require the couple to be available to be filmed in order to win votes from the public
1.5 The decision of Radio Forth / Bauer Radio management is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.6 Prize winners will be asked to participate in promotional activities surrounding the competition and in promotion of future competition.
1.7 Prizes will be described as accurately as possible on the relevant web page.
1.8 The final stage of the competition will involve each of the winning couples being filmed in order to win votes from the public. Each couple will be required to be available for filming on the w/c 5th April 2009.
1.9 The overall winners will be partly decided on by a public vote and party by the amount of money the couple raise for Radio Forth's Cash for Kids.
1.9.1 At the end of the competition, the amount of money raised will be converted into points with the couple who raises the most money being awarded 12 points, the second couple 6 points, the third couple 3 points and the fourth couple 1 point.
1.9.2 At the end of the competition, the amount of votes will also be converted into points with the couple with the highest number of votes being awarded 12 points, the second couple 6 points, the third couple 3 points and the fourth couple 1 point.
1.9.3 The winning couple will be determined by the couple with the highest number of points once all the points have been added together.
1.9.4 In the unlikely event there's a tie-break, the couple who has raised the most amount of money for Radio Forth's Cash for Kids will win.
1.10 Because of the nature of this competition there will be no limit to the number of votes registered by any one individual.
1.11 The wedding will take place on 16th October 2009. No alternative dates are available.
1.12 Once the competition has been won, the prize becomes non-transferable. And in the event of the winners deciding that the marriage will not go ahead, prizes will not be awarded.
1.13 It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have undertaken all appropriate steps to ensure the wedding can go ahead. You should make all arrangements relating to the marriage ceremony directly with a Registrar or Authorised Person and made all relevant payments. 2 Kilt Hire Company Terms and Conditions

4 Westwoods Terms and Conditions
4.1 Couple membership includes use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, fitness classes and outdoor tennis courts.
4.2 Additional facilities such as use of the crèche, treatments, sports hall are available at an extra cost subject to availability
4.3 Memberships are non-transferable and winners must abide with the clubs rules and regulations which will be provided to them on joining
