Convenant & Insolvency indemnity at the last minute. How should i play it?

That's a good point. We have talked about it and it is just because she over reacts and gets worried about things too quickly. She was just concerned that there then may be more surprises/fees to pay once we had paid these and spent more money on the house. Also that why should we have to pay for these fees, she was just annoyed, as we both still are that the sellors think that we should be paying for something they caused. I can live with the convenant one, that's just unfortunate but the insolvency one is a bit hard to take.
2 bed houses aren't too common in our town and 3 bed houses are out of our price range so even though it is a 'buers market' we are limited in choice and this house does tick all the right boxes.
The EA is talking to the sellors and letting them know our feelings.0
