I need a holiday but don't know where to begin!

I want to go on holiday for the mid-week because I am in work at the weekend, I would like to preferable go from 19th Feb to 24th if possible I don't know where to look as every website has said there aren't any holidays available, yet the ones that are are like £250 for just 3 nights.
Has anybody got any ideas/solutions?

unfotunately rob the prices for flights are ridiculous with the cheaper airlines for these days due to the school hols. Have you thought about a short break in this country?I haven't got one!0

What about trying Center Parcs or similar?
Loads of those Breaks are Mon-Fri. Or the Coach type ones from the Sunday papers?
