This may be true, but in industry some service sectors are really slow. If you are a sub-contractor things could be tougher if the work is done 'in house' as servicing budgets are cut right back.
Routine maintenance schedules are being substituted with breakdown cover only, fool hardy but can cut costs.0 -

Overbudget and RM are not the only supplier and are expensive. RM are more of a primary school supplier now a days not seondary and BSF is for secondary schools.
PS how long will goverment keep spending high?
