...or is it just me?
The other week they introduced a 99p delivery charge. Last week in place of my mixed box I got someone else's box which was full of fruit. I called and got a refund.
Today I got home to find that my box hadn't been left in it's designated place and was left among my flat's rubbish. A neighbour had unknowingly put a rubbish bag on top of my veg box which split and thusly I ended up with rubbish in my box! Also my designated place is hidden away from the street, the rubbish is in full view of the street, if my neighbour hadn't put their rubbish on top of it, someone could have easily walked away with it.
I called them and they were very apologetic and they have refunded my delivery charge and they are going to speak to my driver. But I find it shocking that they introduce a delivery charge and then my delivery service becomes rubbish.
I hope next week it all goes smoothly, otherwise I'll be canceling my box which I really don't want to do!
