The company i work for have been making a lot of redundancies. So far i have been lucky but they have reduced my wages quite significantly and i was wondering if this is legal ?.

Whether they have been making redundancies or not they are not at liberty to reduce your wages without prior consultation. You are entering the world of contractual law which is highly complex but as a general rule they cannot change your contract without entering into consultation with you. I would suggest that you obtain legal advice to see if they have breeched their contractual liability and therefore you would be able to take legal action against them at a tribunal.0
