Hinges:

Our composite doors come fitted with butt hinges as standard. There are three hinges per door, each sitting 53mm from the edge of the frame. Please note that butt hinges are non-adjustable. For the majority of installs adjusting the hinges on a composite door is not necessary. As our doors come pre-hung and pre-glazed, the most important aspect to remember is that the frame must sit completely flush with the brickwork. In some cases the brick opening may not be completely square, and occasionally hinges may need to be adjusted slightly to ensure the door operates correctly.

Does this mean there is an issue with the hinges on the door and the company are just fobbing me off?
What do i tell the company if they try blaming our boys apart from see you in court.
