Ebico Gas Down 2.5% ?
Comments
-
Let me remind you they put the gas price up 31.34 % in September blaming the wholesale price increase.
It is know well below the old wholesale price but they only
see fit to drop it a pathetic 2.5 %.
These people are just screwing the British public and the regulators
are just letting them get away with it.0 -
I think you're forgetting where they get their energy from!0

I know exactly where they get their energy from, southern.
That does not explain the fact why they have screwed every
Ebico bill payer, are you saying they are just a bunch of middle men muppets
taking a free cut ?0 -
You are forgetting that their pre-increase price was ridiculously cheap. About 70% cheaper than their rivals.
If you don't like their prices, buy from someone else.0 -
I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this reduction, we've reduced the gas price as much as we're able to. We were the last supplier to increase prices last year and are one of only a few to reduce both gas and electricity prices.
From the initial price comparisons I've done we are pretty much the cheapest gas supplier for the average customer paying by prepayment meter or standard credit, and are also competitive on monthly direct debit even though we don't give discounts.“Official Verified Account

No need to apologise, at least it's a reduction. I think people are just annoyed at the reductions in general within the industry, compared to the increases last year.0
