Mold on UVPC front door = new porch??

I live in a downstairs purpose built flat, in other words just 1 flat upstairs. So it really looks like 1 big house converted, but its not cos the whole street is like it.
Anyway when you come to the front of the building, its a porch for both flats entrance, in front of you is the front door for upstairs and you go left and then my front door is on the right hand side of the porch.
The porch is very tiny, i just have coat hooks up. On the back wall of the porch (so this is the part at the front facing the street) the skirting boards and a bit above always gets mold on it, but this time i noticed i had it in random places on my front door which is UPVC double glazed.
Should this be happening? The porch is always extremely cold in winter as when you walk in, its then a sharp left through another door into the lounge. So this door is always closed to keep heat in the house, so the porch gets no heat what so ever.
Is this the cause of the mold? Its wipeable, i don't have to struggle to get it off, im just concerned that it was on my front door.
Anything i can do to prevent it?
Here is a pic:

Not my actual place, but exactly the same design wise.

It's almost certainly because you aren't getting enough ventilation in that area - and/or the temperature is getting so low than condensation is forming. Do you see condensation on the porch/door?
Only way really is to ventilate...0 -
its a porch, unheated, unventilated and uninsulated...
the only way to stop it from occuring is ventilation, are there any small windows that can stay open? i wouldnt worry about it personally, i presume its just a winter problem?Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0
