1. By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, except for employees of The Random House Group Limited (the promoter), its subsidiaries, their families and any other company connected with the prize draw.
3. The closing date for the prize draw is 31st March 2009 (the closing date). Entries that are illegible or received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. The promoter is not responsible for delayed or lost entries. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry. Only one entry will be accepted per entrant.
5. The prize is an Overnight Reviver break at Ragdale Hall for two people (sharing a room). This consists of overnight accommodation in a superior twin room plus either a 50 minute body massage or a 50 minute natural harmony facial for each person and access to all areas of the Thermal Spa. Return travel by rail (Standard Class) from within the UK is also included. Food and additional spa treatments taken are not included in the prize.
6. The prize must be taken by 30th September 2009 and cannot be taken after this date. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. Events may occur that render the awarding of this prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.
8. The competition will be judged by the promoter within 7 days of the closing date [.i.e by 7th April 2009] and the winning entrant will be the first correct answer drawn by the promoter. The winning entrant will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date [i.e. 14th April 2009].
9. The winning entrant agrees to the promoter's reasonable use of their name, address and photograph in relation to the promoter's publicity material.
10. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the promoter in order to send you your prize and will be deleted thereafter unless you have ticked the appropriate box. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
11. The winner's names will be available upon the promoter's receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
12. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the prize.
