Yes. Joyous experience. :rolleyes: I think you can get it cheaper elsewhere now to be honest unless you decide to go to the council and dig out the answers for the local searches yourself.
The government communities website was the most helpful for me - lets you know what you need and several of the forms printable from there.
I really resent the things.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Big house; I think it ended up around 230-250 quid. The energy assessment can be got cheaper than I paid back then and carrying out personal searches myself would have cut the cost of that from 95 to 11 pounds!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
