Hello all,
If you were to summarise a book you would do it something like this
.........summarised text......... Author (year : age)
Now, I need to summarise some points in a goverment document. The document is
Care Matters: Time for change (2007)

I know how to include the refence in the end of my assignment but am not sure what I write after using direct quotes or summarising points from the document
