Capital One "Forgot" to request my DD

in Credit cards
This month Cap One did not take my usual monthly payment (minimum payment) from my bank account by direct debit. Money was there, they just did not present a request for it. As a result, I am now over my limit! I await the overlimit charges!
Silence is deafening from Cap One about it.
Anyone else had this problem this month??

Have you not spoken to them about it? Best done asap to demonstrate good faith. I check my bank balance on a daily basis and if a credit card DD is not drawn, I ring them on the day to find out why and pay by debit card if possible. If they have made a mistake, they should refund any interest and charges and may compensate you for the hassle if you've had any (always worth asking).Silence is deafening from Cap One about it.0
