Taking ex off mortgage

Wanting advice from anyone about taking my ex name off the mortgage we have and putting my new partners name onto mortgage instead. would the mortgage lender do this and if so how much would it cost, Help!!

Depends on new partner's income etc and whether together you meet lender's present income criteria. I have had clients where the lender would only agree if the loan was reduced to fall within their present Loan to Value critieria (in that case 95% to 75% value).
You will need a solicitor as lender will want to make sure it is done properly.RICHARD WEBSTER
