im only using this as it is cheaper to call certain countries where SkypeOut and voipcheap are a bit more expensive.
only negative thing about it for me so far was when I put money (using a debit card) in it during the weekend, it didn't update until Monday. But they also have Paypal which i havn't tried yet.
'BuzzOut plan' is only if you're in Canada or US.
'BuzzOut' would be like the SkypeOut Service. (Ring landlines, mobiles etc)
