Letting Agents in Treforest, Pontypridd

Hello,

I've got a house in treforest near the university that i'm looking to let out. I've had a bad experience with Digz and heard some bad things about Let Right.


Can anyone recommend any half decent letting agents?

from a tenant's point of view, I've spent a happy 3 and a half years with Leek and Weston (they're on Gelliwasted Road in Pontypridd) - I'm almost certain they do places in Trefforest. Good luck!

We let our house with Barbara Rees in Mill St, Ponty. They're a small agency, but honest and professional.

We also considered Pinnacle. They presented a very polished image, but I can't say whether that is because they are highly professional or because they're spivs. However, they're located in Trefforest, so may get more attention from students, etc.

My husband used to let his house with Let Right and he had no real problems, he'd have to chase payment occasionally but he'd always get it in the end.

I'd recomend Durbins, a small local but very professional estate agents in Tonteg.

If you are a university student you are better off looking at the university list of approved landlords and going direct as it not only saves you the letting fee but you also have a direct point of contact with your landlord.
