11ctc form, have you had a reply yet?

just wondering, i filled in a 11ctc form in the middle of December and i still havent heard anything, i posted it to leeds which is where i was told to send it originally. i phoned them on the 25th Jan and they said they had no information but my form would be their somewhere....apparantly they were sending them on to your local tax office instead.
so i decided to fill in another and hand deliver it to my local tax office (30 miles away). phoned them today and they still have no info and that i need to phone back on the 10th april if i havent heard anything.
people i know and others i have read about have had their cheque and they sent their forms in way after me.
has anyone on here still had no reply, after waiting ages????
