Hi
Ive booked an Autumn break at the above campsite for my family as it says it is east to get into Paris by train from here. We are staying in a Eurocamp caravan, and I wondered if anyone had been and if they had any top tips for getting around once we were there. How easy it to get to and from Paris, how frequent are the trains etc. Any other top tips?
Thanks in anticipation

You are staying in one of the well to do areas North West of Paris. You can get to the station really easily by foot and there's the choice of the RER or SNCF trains to get into Paris. Frequency of trains is around every 10-15 minutes. Some good restaurants in the main street of Maison Lafitte plus the chateau and hippodrome. Paris is the main attraction though.
Never stayed in the Eurocamp but I used to live not far way.0 -
My family used to stay on this site about 10 years ago to break our journey to the south of France. it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. My only memory of this site was that it seemed geared to people who were short stay, i did not think the vans and tents were as new as on other sites, we only ate and slept there we never used any of the facilites.0
