We have a similar situation - grrrr MFI!
We had all the money refunded except the 230 pounds from our clubcard vouchers. We were told that it would all be sorted out and the points would be credited back to my card in about 8 weeks time. I am a little suspicious especially when I take into consideration the 'customer service' received to date!

Yes, they did refund them, they won't actually show up on your account until just before the vouchers are due to be posted out.0
