Online Competition Terms and Conditions

3. Winner(s) will be randomly selected by an independent person from entries after the closing date. The winner(s) will be notified by letter within 14 days of the draw date.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value, or to terminate or amend this promotion in exceptional circumstances.
5. There are no cash alternatives to prizes and prizes are not transferable.
6. Winner(s) may be required to participate in related publicity, including photographs.
7. Winner(s)’ names and counties may be requested 28 days after the draw date by sending an SAE to: Competitions Team, Publicis Blueprint, 12 Dorset Street, London W1U 6QS.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
9. The competition may appear in other promotional materials.
10. Unless otherwise stated, the Promoter is ASDA, Asda House, South Bank, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD. Do not send entries to this address.
11. Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected, incompletely received, illegal, illegible or damaged.
12. Entries by third parties are not accepted. Maximum one entry per person.
13. Winner(s) accept prize at own risk. Unless otherwise stated, holiday competition winner(s) should obtain their own travel insurance and ensure they’re fit to fly. Winner(s) are responsible for any passport or visa requirements.
