Hi, i rent out my old house, usually through agents. This time i have been approached directly by a couple who would like to take it on. I would like to carry out credit checks on them, but would appreciate advice on which agency i should use to do such checks and what other references do i need to safeguard myself as much as possible?
Also i have seen references on here to s21 notice - could someone please explain this to me?
