Egg savings - receiving Faster Payments

I sent a FP to my Egg savings a/c, sort code 40-61-99) on Friday at 15:58.
This is not yet showing up in Egg.
I was presuming the payments show up on the following working day.

I don't think Egg use FP. I have always had to wait around 4 or 5 days, even if sent from a bank using FP.
So I would imagine your money will show around 5th.0 -

They do use FP
If you send it early enough in the day it will show up a few hours later - otherwise it shows up the next day0 -
That's what I suspected. It was just too late in the day. Scunner!Dagobert0

For 'smaller' amounts (i.e. those covered by your current account overdraft(s)) it is possible to use the 'card credit' method at the Egg end for an instant credit - but then enjoy up to 2 working days before you need to cover the collection through (eg) a FP to your current account.
(Oh well, at least the FP 'rocket' ignited this time...).....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -

I had maxed that out already and for the remainder I made an FP.Dagobert0 -

Well, you guys are lucky then.
I have never had money arrive in my Egg account in less than 4 days. Just requested transfer of money from my Lloyds TSB account today, and I bet it won't get there before end of the week0 -
You can send to Egg Savings account via bank card, which is what I do. Everytime I do it it suggests I do it by BACS (obviously because Egg get charged for debiting via card) but can take upto 4 days.
Paying via card it is done instantly.0 -

The first time it did (but I know they do say that the first payment to a new payee will take longer) but the second payment, last week, was dated in at Egg the same day it left LTSB. I can't say exactly how long it took, tho, as I didn't check intraday.0
