Prize: The winning 'leftovers recipe' will be published in a cookery book and will win it's creator a meal at one of the county's top restaurants plus there are shopping vouchers and a cookery course for the best runners up.
All recipes must include at least one leftover ingredient. The judging will be based primarily on innovative use of leftovers, taste and ease of cooking.
