Terms & Conditions

1. Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the location described on-air by the presenter. Entry will open at 11am and close at 3pm on Wednesday 11th March 2009.
1.2 An Entrant must attend the BRMB rig in Victoria Square, Birmingham Between 11am – 3pm. If they wish to win spot prizes they must play the Big Decision. In order to play and win you will be asked to give up your cigarettes and in return offered the chance to turn them in to Retail Vouchers or choose what’s in the box, which could be a big prize or a booby prize. Prizes and vouchers will be given out on the day at the event.
To be in with a chance of winning £1505.63 you must visit the smoking booth and pledge to quit smoking. Your progress will be monitored until April to determine the winner. The Winner will be notified in April 2009.
1.3 Winners of the sport prizes and vouchers will receive these on the day. The winner of the grand prize of £1505.63 will be notified in April 2009.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be over the age of 18 years and a smoker.

3. Prize
3.1 Spot prizes on the day consisting of retail vouchers and prizes to the value of £400. Grand Prize of £1505.63 for being monitored while you quit.
