If it's been on direct pay all along throughout the re-assessment, the csa cannot collect the arrears now due? Just asking for others as I was advised to change from direct pay to avoid this potential problem many moons ago ( was impressed then, but I was soon let down).0 -
If it is only a couple of months worth they can, but if it goes back years and was due then no it can't. It looks like it is very recent and applies to the reassessment so it can be.0

they were going to collect the arrears for me and had sent him out a schedule which would have been wrong as id already had some of the money so it was easier to stick to direct pay,
At least i can budget easier knowing when it will arrive in my account0
