Staying motivated

I've been identified as 'at risk'. How do I remain motivated? Do I need to?

There is no easy answer regarding staying motivated. From my experience I can give an honest answer as working my bottom off whilst being at risk didn't change the outcome whilst people who I though had "slacked off" stayed in post.
I think its a personal thing as despite looking back on what happened I still would have done the same as at the end of the day my morals are to do my best (and not to give people the justification for letting me go). Go with your gut instinct regarding what to do.2013 Free Money - £363.44 Topcashback

I think its really understandable to get demotivated. This may help. It might not be quite what you are looking for but give you a prod in the right direction! Maybe you should think about loooking for a new job? http://zenhabits.net/2007/08/get-off-your-butt-16-ways-to-get-motivated-when-youre-in-a-slump/0

My advice would be to try and stay motivated while searching for another job. If the situation suddenly changes, the company will remember your attitude during your consultation period. Brownie points for professionalism.0
