    Toots:

Wonderful Wednesday - childrens/spare rooms (this can be a second reception room or another room but do try to complete something!)
    DONE:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Have worked very hard today. DD1 & DD2's rooms are sooooo tidy now I don't think I'll let them play in them anymore so they stay that way!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have also cleaned the bathroom so that will be either Thursday or Friday's list done or nearly done anyway.

Apologies to everyone for not keeping up with the thread....I do wish everyone well done, good luck, hugs, etc, etc, as appropriate but I'm really trying to keep up with the flying so unfortunately the reading of the thread is slipping.

Off to phone a friend I've not spoken to for a while for a catch up. See you later.

Sorry Mummyof5 I didn't realise you'd already explained it, we must have crossposted. I'm just too bossy that's my problem.

Ok Toots, I will clean the front door. First times since we moved in,but to be fair it is indoors so doesn't get all that bad.

DH is desperate for a bath, has had a really hard physical day (cutting a hedge down and disposing of it) and he's achey and cold. The hot water still hasn't heated up so I'm trying to fill the bath by boiling water in the kettle and three saucepans. The length of time it's taking I think it might be cold by the time he gets in! I've been doing it for 35 mins now and it still doesn't look that full!
    Ooops, kettles boiling!

I have washed the utility area floor again and sorted out some stuff but I do NOT feel I deserve a star. As my teachers used to say on my school report 'could do better'. But, tomorrow is another day.

Quick update on the cat. The guys with the ladders have gone home. Seems they volunteered to help when the local radio station put out a plea for help when next door but one's daughter phoned the radio station. The guys with their ladders have decided they have failed in their mission. The poor cat is still up the tree and it's pouring with rain and getting very cold. The cat is only 10 months old.

"Come off down out of that tree ginger thing now" vibes would be very good if anyone has any to spare.

    Poor cat!

DH has just tested the bath and said: 'blimey that's hot!" so that's good. He's getting in now, and there is still a kettle and two saucepans to add to it, and he's had to put a bit of cold in so hopefully that will ease his aches and he will be ok again.
I'm shattered! Must must must wash up tomorrow.
