Gawd I'm drowning in buzz words and cliches and management speak trying to get this proposal sorted. What I really want to say is 'give us the money because' but I can't because it has to be wrapped up in so many platitudes and so much political manure it's ridiculous.

Ahhh me - scrubbing the loo with the toothbrush I'll use to brush my teeth with tonight would, actually, be more rewarding and far easier and quicker to do.

Had a slight diversion. Nice neighbour phoned to say a ladder had appeared up the side of a very tall tree in the parkland at the bottom of our gardens and could I find out what was going on - she was a tad nervous being the elderly widow that she is. So I toddled down the garden and leant over the fence.

Seems next door to her are trying to declutter their cat from the top of said tree. Given it's about 60 foot high with the lowest branch at about 40 foot, their 30 foot ladder's not going to be much help.

I suggested the fire brigade but it seems the fire brigade will only come out if the RSPCA ask them to. The RSPCA won't ask them to until the cat's been up there 48 hours. What a worry for the owners!

But I'd better shut up before I get told off by Piggers for chatting off topic.

I am now going to deal with the utility room as my hour on the proposal is well and truly up...

Not much in the way of flying done here but I'm chuffed at DD :D She knows I have loads of work due in tomorrow so she's washed up everything she could manage, had tea, wiped down the table with babywipes and has gone off to bed without arguing :D I'm just having 5 minutes break then I'm back to finishing my TMA. I decided that I'd rather get that out the way (as its relatively simple) and then I can do my NVQ stuff afterwards. I'm just submitting my first draft of my TMA again. As long as something gets handed in its got to be better than nothing. ;)

Right, off to put a child to bed properly, then I'll get on with my work again.

Really pleased that I have done level one and two again today, i admire those who can chuck 60 things in 60 minutes - I'm more of a procrastinator!!

Mumoffour - I had a toxic friend, It got to the point where I dreaded the phone ringing, stopped answering my mobile phone and basically couldn't face contact. She never seemed to get the message though!!!! Finally, she had an affair and I just said I didn't agree with it, if she was really unhappy in her marriage she should do the decent thing and leave (my first hubby had an affair), she eventually did this, but I still said I didn't want to hear about it (other man still married), and I wished her well. It was honestly too much hassle and literally drained me. Easier though as there were no children but wish you luck, think you need to think of yourself (and your family) first.

Love and best wishes to all, prayers for those who need them!
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
