wow, things are so much easier when the kids are out of the house!!
i've been blitzing through the house and i've also made OH have a look at our floor upstairs landing - sooooo loud and creaky
so he had it up, chipped a few things, new nails and MUCH better ... so i won't hear the kids anymore when they sneak around at night

i washed lots of windows today too (kitchen, lr, office, big door to playroom), cleaned the walls in the dining room + skirting floor, washed the kitchen floor + kickboards, swept all downstairs)

and now my back is killing me again
i also need to think of some lunch!!
probably some pills and a sandwich

Afternoon all quick update have now done stairs and washed passage window (inside and out, well as much as i could reach of the outside, we dont have a window cleaner in this area and i can't really get to the higher windows so am wondering if one of those steamer things do windows?) and sill, cleaned wood on the stairs and also cleaned my plant stand thingy :rotfl: . I have a nice clean sofa(altho it's shabby its clean) with clean throws and cushions on it am considering maybe a new sofa but what with kids and cats i'm not sure it will be new for long.
Do people find it easier to update the lists through the day or do a final update at night? i don't want to be flooding the board but with looking after 5 kids and the cats etc etc my memory is shall we say somewhat poor now :rotfl: .

seems copying and pasting take's out all my earlier strikes and now i dont seem to be able to edit them back in lol will update list again later tonight. (i am aiming for my first star)

I know mOZzy, but I never have time to sit down and do nothing for half an hour. At any time of the week....... Sad I know, but such is life!! Unless I can count my first half hour sleeping as "me-time" :rotfl:

My time is spent checking out threads like this, trying to get the other areas of life in check! :D

I have a course of sunbed sessions which I got for my birthday last July and I cant even find 7 minutes a week to go for a sunbed!! Never mind 30 mins!! And I know that they are bad for you, please dont lecture me! Im at the stage where if I can get the rest of my house sorted and life a bit more organised, then I can start having the time for myself. But Im not there yet - its ok though- I dont get stars everyday anyway......if I can do the rest of the list, I will be happy with what I achieve.....my house will look better for it - thats the important bit for me!

    xx
