I should join you at 12 for the HHC but I won't.... need to forage for food.....sugar puffs methinks. My 94 yr old customer this morning proudly gave me a new duvet and duvet set to put on her bed.....first time she's ever had one.....but.....I still had to put a top sheet on and a blanket and then the duvet :rotfl: she says doesn't know how hot it'll be...so best to be safe. She's a hoot! :D

Toots I have finished todays list! I opened the bedroom windows yesterday and all of the crocus were open, had to trot down with my camera - hence the new avatar. Must plant lots more for next year.

and Mr T came early (£16.50 off a £90 spend using two codes off www.hotukdeals.com) so I don't have to hang about waiting. Very tempted to go to the garden centre now. Really want some top dressing for the beds I have cleared but suspect the chickens will simply trash them if I do. Your summer quarters sound like a very good idea PP.

I am starting to see the value of sticking to the lists - hasn't taken a huge amount of time today and the whole ground floor is ok for once. In fact I would not die of shame if someone knocked on the door now. And the Mr T man was allowed to deliver to the kitchen for the first time ever!

sometimes im so surprised at how quickly the challnges take, that i kinda seem to be spurred on to do a few extra things!

I've dug over the veg bed and planted out a few winter lettuce from the cold frame. Just having a sandwich and then I'm doing 15 minutes couch grass removal before doing one of the strawberry beds. Really hoping to also find time to do an hour in the back.
