  • Morning all!
Blimey, page 8 already - this does move fast sometimes :D
I'm in this week please - have just spent the past 40 mins catching up with the end of last weeks thread and this one is already running away with me.....................................

Thankyou Froddington and toots for the links to the stardrops thread - am working my way through that too - just a quick query as there seems to be different opinions as to what strength to mix it - 1/3 of stardrops, white vinegar and water seems to be highly recommended - what do you do??

Dinner eaten, pc still throwing up virus warnings so I've asked the techies for help. Just going to finish hoovering downstairs.
Dusty- Sorry about your virus! While you are waiting for the techies you could try this
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php and http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html - spybot search and destroy
I was recommended them by a forum I went to for help with getting rid of lots of viruses and spyware and they often will pick up things that others miss.

    Now for my list...............................

Mondays are Marvellous!! - kitchen and dining area
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Declutter and wipe the worksurfaces

    2. Clear out a cupboard of junk!
    3. Wash any curtains/table cloths that need it
    4. S&S the hob & oven
Hope everyone is well - the sunshine is lovely outside so better get a move on cos would love to get outside later!

Hugs to everyone who needs them

  • I'm in this week, after an awful week last week as some of you know, it was mums funeral so really not been up to doing much but today is a new week so am going to have a go. Not done much this morning except school run, feed, change baby, get myself ready, ring a few places for work ( work from home ). I've just had a cuppa so going to make a start on kitchen.

My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is..............EXERCISE - at least once this week!!! Even if only for 30 minutes!!

Other Important tasks for this week:
    1. Organise Meal Planner
    2. Determine if food shop is required for this weekend - if so do online shop
    3. Remove Sky Sports - no longer required
    4. Look at quotes for contents insurance

Twinmummy: I tend to put my stardrops in a bottle with some water and use it as a spray as I go - some things need a stronger solution so you can add a bit more stardrops, but you kinda figure it out as you go! On some things, really tough things, Ive added the stardrops undiluted. I havent adding any vinegar to it to be honest, and am still impressed with the results Ive had. If adding vinegar improves on what it can do aleady, let me know!!!

Welcome to all the newbies: Ive only been here a few weeks and I notice a big difference in my house. Just do a bit at a time, and you will soon notice the difference at home - you dont need to do all levels and extras every day - I dont!! :D The list isnt a Must Do either, change it to suit you and your house and just chip away at the list. Ive asked loads of daft questions since Ive been here, so if you dont know, just ask and there is normally always someone around to help!!

Take care, and good luck with the flying this week.

Am going to sit at work now, wishing I was at home flying with you guys!! x x
