Hi everyone,
My 11 year old son is after a good budget MP3 player - he wants to spend up to about £30.00. Could anyone recommend a good one for him?
Thanks,
Loopy x

Argos are selling a Goodmans one for £29.99 which seems pretty good and my 13yr old was happy enough with it for his birthday last week

I got two Medion MD81018 players in Somerfield recently for my kids at £24.99 each. They are delighted with them.0

Keep an eye on the "Super Specials" and "Deal For Today" at https://www.aria.co.uk .
They currently have a 512MB player for £31.08

256MB version is £19.98, and the 128MB is £15.26!!!
It's a good idea to buy a decent pair of headphones though, the neck-string ones they come with are usually a bit poo.0 -
Not really a budget player - more of a bargain - Dixons have the Q-Be 512mb play for £24.99 plus £5 P&P. Doubt it will last longer than a couple of hours though before they sell out.

There are two colours to choose from - black or blue. There's also a 1GB version in silver or red available for £39.99; see this thread for details.allthatmularky wrote:Dixons have the Q-Be 512mb play for £24.99 plus £5 P&P.
