Hi,
I'm hoping some of you may be able to help me find the best value Mattress.
I'm currently looking for a quality double mattress with a minimum of 800 pocket springs, one which is topped with a layer of memory foam.
This is something I currently have and I'm very happy with, however I need a further two.
If anyone has any advise on offers available or good deals I'd be very grateful.

Just found this by a company called Memflex: http://www.bedworld.net/beds_mattresses/02POC1000MAT--/Memflex_Mattresses_Pocket_1000_Half_Price_Mega_Sale_Beds.html
I've not heard of them before, and the only two reviews of their products I can find vary dramatically. Anyone else heard of them or know more about the quality of their products? My farts hospitalize small children0 -

This type of mattress can be split into two sections. The one in your link fits into category 'b':
a) there is the type with full size proper pocket springs, so you get the benefits of the contouring from the pocket springs combined with the pressure relieving support from the memory foam moulding to your body. The air can also flow freely through the spring layer. There are also now a few manufacturers who are making this type of mattress with memory foam on both sides, so it can be turned to increase the life of the mattress.
b) There is now an inferior type of pocket sprung and memory foam mattress on the market that contains smaller pocket springs that are encapsulated in reflex foam. So you don't get the same level of support that you do with the full size pocket springs, and due to the reflex foam surrounding the springs, you don't get the air flow through the mattress.
With both of the above you should make sure that the memory foam is 2" to 2.5" deep, and that the density is between 60 and 70kg per m3.
