Cheque cashed ... Item not sent.

My daughter paid for an item before Xmas and the cheque was cashed before Xmas, but she has not received the item. She has contacted Ebay and she notes that the Seller is now "No longer registered with Ebay". We are aware of the "eBay Standard Purchase Protection Programme", but is this an easy process to follow? Ebay…

UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!

Long story short ... after nearly a year my daughters getting her money back.

Police phoned her today to confirm the refund ...... and that the thieving b%$&*?d is in BIIIIIIIIGGGG trouble with other issues that they've got him on :T :j :j :j :j

It has taken about 4,500,000,000 (4.5 billion) years for the Earth to form as it is now .........
and it'll only take about another 100 years for mankind to really **** it up!!!!
