You will inherit the previous householder's supply. You need to do a bit of research and put your annual use in kwh into a comparison site and consider switching to the best tariff for you (prices vary regionally and some tariffs benefit high users, some low etc).
If the best tariff is with a different supplier, it may be worth asking your inherited supplier to go on their best tariff for the interim period (usually an online one). If the best tariff for you is with your inherited supplier, you can probably switch tariffs over the phone.0 -
