Reflooring a kitchen

We have some vinyl flooring with some damp concrete underneath.
How much do you think it would reduce the cost of reflooring if i removed the floor myself, as i don't mind doing the labouring myself and leading the technical stuff to the professionals?

Do you want to just take it all up, clean and dry the concrete and then add more vinyl? If so i would just say do it all yourself! Its not as hard as it looks, just make sure you have someone to help hold the vinyl etc at the time of laying.
HTH - or i may not have unerstood what you mean, lol.Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
Well i think the floor may also be uneven, i don't mind doing it myself but i have never worked with concrete myself before. However i know people who have so if its more extensive in terms of work i could get them to help.0
