Tax Credit not paid to TSB custormers

Every Sunday we get paid our tax credits at 12 o clock , So I went to the shops and my card was declined as the money had not gone in. I phoned the Tax Credits and they say the money was sent to TSB, So I phoned TSB and they said I was not the first and there has been about 300 phone calls ( this was at 12.20). They ask me…

Well, yes, I am not even going there, banks do all kinds of shifting about behind the scenes but the money is due on Monday
